Please contact us by email within a maximum of 24 hours if you change your mind about your order in order to cancel your order and avoid sending you a product.
The photos published on our site are not contractual. The packaging of our products may vary according to the country of delivery.
Customers are invited to enter their address carefully, otherwise the package will not be delivered. We do not make refunds in case of a seizure error by the customer.
If you believe you have entered a wrong address, you must contact us within 24 hours of your order to correct the error. After this time, we do not accept order cancellations.
Purchased items can be refunded or exchanged if they have not been used or in case of manufacturing defects within 14 days from the date of receipt. We reserve the right to not make refunds for any other reason.
To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Various types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, tape or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially issued.
Then contact your bank. Often a processing time is required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all of these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if any)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to replace it with the same item, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave it to you preferred to receive it first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the person who gave it to you and they will know that you have returned it.

You will have to send your article to our offices in Switzerland.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive the exchanged product may vary.
If you are sending an item worth more than 50 euros, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the item you return.
